Since 2007 Asiya has implemented a series of unique projects presenting significant piano cycles by great composers together with her own commentary on each of the works through her poetry and artwork. The idea culminates in multimedia performances in which Asiya reads her poetry and projects her drawings for each piece within the given cycle.
 
BACH. The Well-Tempered Clavier, book 1 was Asiya’s second project of this kind. Issued in 2008, it features only artwork – 24 graphic drawings, for each of 24 Preludes and Fugues of Johann Sebastian Bach.
The premiere performance took place in Moscow’s St.Andrew’s Episcopal Church on June 26, 2008. The special detail about this concert was that Asiya played the entire cycle without an intermission. The concert was 2 hours 25 minutes long and listeners were given the full perspective on the First book of Well-Tempered Clavier.
